1st time here on our 12th Anniversary and not disappointed. Service was phenomenal and our food was delicious. No pictures of our dinner plates.
Bland over priced food. Very mediocre flavors. Not worth the price. Went once, never again. most of these dishes can be cooked better at home.
Staff was extremely rude and reluctant to serve me and my wife. The Hostess greeted us with an attitude and was obviously annoyed that we showed up. Server took 10-15 min to come to our table once we sat down, despite us being the only ones on a quiet Sunday evening. When she did show up, she did not look happy and asked us what we wanted, we asked for a glass of wine, to which she immediately replied that she didn't know what we were talking about, despite it being on the menu. We showed it to her and she said "we probably don't have that, but I guess I'll check.". At that point we realized we weren't welcome so we asked for the check once she came back with the wine (which she seemed really excited about, I might add). The bus boy was throwing menus around and making a lot of noise (obviously didn't want to be there). Just over all, complete unprofessionalism within the entire staff. I did NOT tip Dana. Although I ALWAYS tip 20%. She did less than nothing in my opinion. We left right away and went to another restaurant. I will not be coming back and I suggest to anyone reading this that you do not even bother going there. It's not worth the time or excessive cost just to be treated like an unwelcome outsider. Go anywhere else.
Chicken parm was great. Large portion. On Wednesdays the chicken parm is on special. The specials they run are great. Also delicious bread to start with oil. Service was a bit slow but they had a party going on at the same time we were eating. Worth the wait regardless.
Made a reservation for 12. Arrived on time. Gave the name of the party. The girl at the register tells me to go ahead and go outside and sit down. BUT AS I AM LOOKING INSIDE, I see a waiter walk another guest to their table.Ask my daughter, the birthday girl, to go ask for a rack to hang the purses. They give it to her, for her to carry out. The tables were filthy with dirt. Had to ask for them to clean it. Didn't have utensils on the table, we had to wait for them to roll it. (Although they knew they had a party of 12 arriving, they weren't prepared!). They got an order wrong and I asked for the red vodka sauce, I failed to noticed it didn't come with protein. The waitress could've asked if I wanted some but didn't! They didn't fill up drinks as they were getting empty. Overall, the service was awful! The staff is mainly a young staff without much experience. I blame this on the management for not training them well enough. We aren't paying just for ANY plate! I guess they figure a party of 12 automatically has gratuity....
I've had homemade before. But here? Beyond immaculate homemade, fresh noodles - they've ruined any other pasta for me. The Alfredo was light and fresh - I'm almost sure they made the Alfredo to order. Chicken was fresh, juciy and nicely seasoned - not a frozen hockey puck heated with fake grill marks on it like most chicken fettuccine alfredos. Husband had the chicken parm sandwich. The homemade chips - light and super crispy! I didn't taste his sandwich, but judging by the sounds he was making and facial expressions, it was pretty dang tasty. Maybe just a little small.Staff was incredibly polite and attentive.We will definitely be back! I'll take photos when I return, since we were so excited to eat, that we totally forgot to last time!
Tuve mi baby shower ahí y mi experiencia fue muy desagradable, tuve una mesera para 25 personas y no se comporto nada atenta, no retiraba la basura de la mesa, no contestaba agradable, nos servía la comida haciendo caras, había muchas abejas (fue afuera mi evento) y nadie hizo nada por ayudar a quitarlas, molestaban mucho a mis invitadas y a una le pico. Pedimos cervezas y nos las dieron calientes y batallamos para que nos las cambiaran. Al final me cobraron de más. Cero recomendable para un evento
The shrimp carbonara was fantastic! You can tell they make their own pasta and sauces! Plus, the service was amazing, and our food was at our table so quickly! Great experience!
Aside from the food being cold and getting the wrong salad... the waiters go hide behind the wine cabinet and it seems the don't want to service you and there are only 4 tables being used right now. Service has gone downhill so we won't be coming back.
Got a chicken alfredo without the chicken called to let them know and they left me on hold without an answer very bad service!
