Very Bad Customer Service. Two young ladies were rude! We were the only customers at the beginning and so my kids were deciding what to get and Intold them give me a minute and just kept asking if what we wanted. They made a mistake and I said it was fine I would purchase the sandwich either way and order another one and made faces and talked back with attitude. Instead of making the sandwich right away since they made the mistake, they started helping the new incoming customers and left us till the end. I get up and they said do you need something with a mad face and I tell her I am waiting for my sandwich and goes off talking about us with her coworker. Very rude!
Best tuna don't care if they say it not tuna?
As soon as I walked in, a server rolled his eyes and scuffed like he didn't want to have any customers, veggies looked old and soggy, there was no tea in the fountain, over all my experience in this store was not good to say the least.
Please have more knowledge employees about how the coupons work. Thank you.
I used to like this subway, they had great service, and great food. after renovations, i noticed two new female employees. These two new employees didnt make me feel welcomed. They made me feel like i was interrupting their free time at work.
Arrived 2:30 hers. before closing was advised they were out of meatball subs. Asked how long to make more meatballs, was advised 2:30 hrs. I have had this happen before, and it took 8 min. To prepare a fresh batch. Owners/Manager should look into replacing staff, as their lack of service is casting profits.
Always well served and great customer service. Got the tuna foot long and loved it!

I went to subway to get three combos but they only give me two so I went back to the store and asked for the other one and they gave it to me and right when I was walking out the door and they said I to pay for it I said OK and then The cashier did not to pay it so they voided and charge it all over again so I said ok And they said I have to go get the receipt so I went to go get the receipt but while I was getting the receipt they Put it behind the counter and they said I already took it and I said no and he said yes there was three of them by the way and we are seeing yes I will say no they could keep going for 30 seconds And then they had enough and then the cashier said oh look it’s right here and then the three of them started laughing and laughing. BAD SERVICE
