It's Awesome ? It Tastes Good Especially The Sub That's Made Pepperoni With Everything It's My Favorite Sub. I Like Subway .
This Subway is trash. The first order i placed online I was charged twice. They fixed it but it took almost a week and I believe it was my bank that fixed it and not this Subway. The second time I ordered, I ordered the turkey Italiano...with two other subs. The italiano only came with the turkey. No salami no cheese none of the stuff it should have come with. The steak and cheese was so small portion all I tasted was the bread and vegetables. I try calling the store...nothing. I have sent emails through the app..nothing..The service is trash. The flavor is trash. I will not give them a third chance. I cannot believe the poor service here in Laredo... I heard nothing but good before I came down here.. But I'm beyond dissatisfied

Horrible service. Guy working on 7/14/21 at 9:27 pm told my son they were not accepting cash.. of note, my son observed him counting money prior to and making the customers wait… Half of the veggies were not in the trays( I’m sure there’s more in the back but was lazy to bring some). Worker was in a bad mood looked frustrated, as per my son “worst fast food employee ever” and you know kids always speak the truth
The food was delicious but I had to scream my order to the girl cause her music was way too loud and she wouldn't take a moment to lower the volume.
The employee that was doing my sandwich, paused to go charge a customer, she handled money,didn't wash her hands and did not put on gloves to finished my sandwich, I told her aren't you going to put in gloves and her response was, I'm only touching the paper. Never going back.
Service from the 2 ladies was poor, no ice, no jalapeños, the place was filthy.
No meat ,no tuna, no ice on fountain, no spoons ,no drinks on glassdooor refrigerator and poor customer service.
