Filthy place. Really needs lots of attention. The door has looked so dirty for months (I shop here regularly and would notice if the door ever gets cleaned… never) and you can tell the outside patio doesn’t get any attention. The staff is amazing always great customer service but always very busy. Never once have I seen anyone just standing doing nothing. This issue is serious due the pandemic and reflects back on leadership (management)because more people should be hire just for maintenance. The other issue is that they are always short on fruit for refreshments. I understand there are shortages on everything but always on the same items at this Starbucks? My assumption is that items don’t get ordered ahead of time and they take a reactive approach this is they are always missing ingredients. Really negative impression of the brand that is supposed to be impeccable.
This is a great location for travelers. Loaded with amenities. Two plaza"s . Walmart next plaza over. Restaurants gas station HEB grocery . AT&T and other cell providers .Just 1/2 mile off interstate 35 . Starbucks great sit in and out door patio.Hotel same location. Harley Davidson one street over for bikers. Just a very great location . Animal clinic too. Popular location.Don't mind the truckers. Laredo TX is a huge deport location of goods daily.Bring a trucker myself I know the area well since I'm here very often. Just a few mins south more motels and plaza . Vitamin shoppe great location with stores.Well what you waiting for ..... See it for yourself. ?
They will just focus on mobile orders. They can't even get handle the ridiculous amount of mobile orders. They had more than 20 drinks ready and just waiting there to get picked up. The employees just kept making the drinks and not even calling out the names or assisting mobile order guests. It was just so out of hand that all they needed to do is close out the mobile orders. On the other hand not even helping the Customer waiting in line didn’t even acknowledge me after 10mins. Just to say I'll be right with you. When they all saw me standing there and 3 other people.
It says dine in on Google but you go to the store and the dine in area is closed. Thought I'd save some people the trip. I typically have a good experience here but figured this would save some people some trouble.
Got 2/4 drinks wrong and barely filled up the cups. Paid $26 for 4 mediocre, half-filled cups.
It was a quick ordering process and drive thru pick up. Was there roughly 5 minutes give or take.
I usually get the Caramel Frap, and when I went today it tasted better than it usually does. I'm sure it's not gonna be like that every time but it was nice.
Ordered a large coffee (whatever name they use) and it wasn’t even half filled… a rip off
Spilled my drink, they were really nice about it and gave me another one for free.
The PikePlace is back to pre-covid quality. That's a really good sign. The service was slow I thought. They were friendly. I'll go back for sure.
