Got some hotdogs a grill cheese fries tater tots and sundae and all was awesome.
They can do better on listening. Got my burger wrong 2 times..
Been here several times but on this trip my order was not right and everything was barely warm when brought to my car. I told server about the problem. He shrugged his shoulders indifferently as I politely told him that I wasn't happy with my order. I asked for a manager and he told me she was "too busy" ..imagine that? I did get a refund and proceeded to another restaurant where they do care about quality. Sonic doesn't care so that's fine.. It's their loss of future dollars because i'll never go back.
My girlfriend swallowed my foot long while we were parked. Thank God she had brought some pan or else what would I have eaten.
I ordered a large chili cheese fries and this is what they gave me! I had barely anything, almost empty ! That can probably fit into there small container
The food is usually good, and I really enjoy it. They are more likely to mess up orders if it's a big order, so it might be better to order online if you need to feed a lot of people.
Got online order correct.. food was hot and fresh.

Don't bother wasting your time or money. It's always a waste of time. The service is slow, even more so, when you order ahead on the app. They don't bother even attempting to try and get your order out, the excuse I received from the manager on duty, we don't look at the online orders until you tell us you're here, and then it gets placed in line behind the other orders. To add insult to injury, so to speak, the order was incorrect and we had to wait additional time to get our correct order. Never again, will I patronize another Sonic, period.
8/1/21 First of all they took 10 minutes to take my order had to press the button like 3 times. Secondly when I ordered I specifically asked for a #1 NO CHEESE (three times I asked ) after I placed my order they took like 20-25 minutes for my order while other customers who came after me got their order right away. After I get home and bring it to one of my family members she has one bite and left the sandwich because it had cheese when I specifically said NO CHEESE! I wanted to complain but it says the phone line is disconnected for the store ! I am very upset because every time I go there they always mess upI will go Tomorrow personally and ask for my money back because it is really sad that I was there for a long time and spending my hard earning money just to come home to something you didn’t want
