I recently went and overheard some employees talking about decreasing the amount of ingredients used in smoothies such as the hulk. This is preposterous! Why am I going to pay full price for a smoothie when it has less protein than it is supposed to have?! Cheap owner, cheap franchise.

One of the newer stores in town, while being one of the busier stores… The staff here is always helpful professional and efficient and getting the orders through. Ask for a suggestion, or try out something new. Smoothies are always fresh, and made to order.

I went to the store this past Friday (6/11/2021) night and I was severely disappointed with this franchise. When I first got there, the line was extremely long and wasn’t going fast at all! Then when I was at the drive through lane I had to wait 5 minutes before someone had started to take my order!! Then after that I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 15 MINUTES IN LINE JUST TO GET MY BANANA AND STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE. The person at the drive through seemed like they were rushing and didn’t appreciate me as a customer. Horrible experience, I would not recommend for anyone.
Went before 12 noon and though it was my first time not much help from the guy who took my order. I did mentioned it was my first time, would’ve loved to hear what he recommended or what I would like to drink. Order was kind of slow when I got to the window then I got no napkins. Are napkins upon request or charged at? No excuses please, only ordered a 20 oz smoothie. The drive thru cashier just stood there counting the money and the other crew made the drink. Slow service either way with rude service. Need more training on how to welcome a customer.
I used to love this place but due to new personnel I will stop buying from here because of their lack of customer service.
