I've always loved Smoothie King, but have recently fallen in love with the keto champ berry smoothie! This location is always quick with your order and customer service is superb.
Honestly their customer service is horrible. The staff is always playing around and they don’t even pay attention to you. When you complain all the manager has to say is thank you. Makes smoothie king look bad. Just go to the other SK in town. They’re def not worth giving your business too. They don’t even care for it. They don’t pay the bills, they’re just there for social hour. Little blond girl will slam the door on your face, literally. Then she’ll go hide in the back.
Smoothie King is not one of my go to places. But that is just my tastebuds. Had to get a Mango Smoothie for my mom. I got one as well. Did the drive thru - LONG LINE. I ordered and was pulled up to wait for my 2 mango smoothies. Not much space to move up to - so I am sitting there where they said to pull up to which leaves me blocking drive thru. Person behind me orders and gets order then starts to honk at me. No where to move or park finally within 5 min finally got my order then I was able to move. Felt bad for person behind me but not my fault. Smoothies were ok.
I went out of my way to go here and I get this rude guy this happen today just now I get to the window nd he didn't even greet me I tell him what I want and he was talking very very rude to me I tell him he is being rude nd he laughs at me instead of changing his attitude come on ppl re check who u hire this guy is not doing his job at all I left empty handed this is been 2 I leave like this from this place never again I don't recommend this place at all...
I have 7 per week and I have never once been disappointed with the service. Friendly staff and will bend backward to meet the customers satisfaction.
Beware FAKE reviews!The service was good, but the line took a while and the smoothie tasted better the last time I went. However, this isn’t the reason I am writing this review. A friend of mine is a mother to one of the employees there, and she said that management told the employees to write fake 5 star reviews. So beware, any of these recent 5 star reviews could be fake! This says a lot about the franchise we are purchasing from!
Best smoothie spot along the whole boarder. If Issac is blending for you and anyone at this location you won't be disappointed. And if you are I guarantee they will make you a new one!!!
Smoothie king is such an exquisite environment. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by their amazing employees. The smoothies are definitely worth the visit!!!
College student friendly, smoothies ready under 3 minutes. Great for taking your girlfriend or wife. Order ahead for quick pick up.
The service there was great and also their smoothies. I’ve never been a smoothie person however their smoothies are the bomb.com. Never forgetting my visit their especially with the great customer service :)
