I placed a mobile order at 2:29pm with a pick up time for 2:45pm. I arrive at 2:47pm and they had not even started with mine. Even though they had my receipt printed out. As they finish preparing it, they were 2 small combos, so drinks included, and I told her to give me the cups so I can fill them up and she gave me attitude and said my order didn’t have any. I explained how they’re combos and showed her my email receipt EVEN THOUGH she had the printed one in front of her. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to get the cups. As she handed them to me she didn’t even thank me. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience.
I Like To Say I Like Popeyes Because It Has The Original Taste Of The Fried Chicken And It Was Always My Favorite Since I Was A Kid For The Past 35 Years And It Still Is My Favorite . And I Also Love The Fries From Popeyes Because They Have Very Good Seasoning On Them . And I Also Like Their Classic Chicken Sandwich Those Are My Real Favorite Thing . So I Say I Like Popeyes .
Food was good and fresh only thing was the wait and asked for spicy and got original.
Well it was good there, service was good, and the food was good too, especially the Chicken Sandwich.
Food was delicious. It was somewhat packed thru drivethru and dine in but we got home and it was worth the wait.
We bought a Cajun turkey for Thanksgiving. We've not bought from here, so I'm hoping it is good.

I don’t know what was more pathetic the fact that they obviously applied for a job they don’t even want to work in or the fact that they hid in the corner after locking the door before closing hours lol. They need a whole new team.
I had called to see if dine in was open in all locations and was told yes. Got there at 8:50, they don’t close until 10:30. Employees saw my car enter the parking lot and proceeded to lock door for dine in.
