This people that work there don’t hear right or something,ask for a four piece all thighs and got four wings.ask for sweet tea large with extra ice,it seems like she counted the ice,got it with almost no ice.if you tell them that the order was not right,they will make faces at you.I go there once in awhile cause is closed by where I work,but that’s the last time I go cause it’s not the first time it happened.so more Popeyes for me from this store.
I love Popeyes, their food it's so good, it's a great place to eat, and meet with your friends!
Everything was delicious from here, the wait-times are questionable though, sometimes i come in and they already have my order out, i haven't even dispensed my drink yet!, but other times you'll wait quite a while.

I ordered my meal I'm drive-through when I get to my order II leave I start checking my order and I'm missing items 3 cookies and side, I go back and the cashier says the lady serving said she gave it to you..I said maybe she gave it to someone else not me . Popeyes has been my place to eat for a long time. Shame accused me of stealing I have no need. So upset ??
Went to buy dinner for my husband and I. Ordered one sandwich spicy combo and one classic combo of sandwich. The classic order was undercooked. After first bite I realized it was chewy, I took a look in the middle of the chicken breast opening it and it was all pink and super chewy texture. Called to let them know and they just told me they could give me something else as long as I took my receipt. I don’t want anything else?! You almost gave me salmonella or God knows what, why would I want something else? I even showed the sand which to my dad who has been a chef over 20 years to see that it was raw and he agreed, showed my husband who loves their sandwiches and he saw how undercooked it was.Horrible service honestly never having this food chain ever again, and I loved it, it was barely my second time getting this sandwich so I knew how my order was suppose to look and taste like. Would never recommend unless you’re looking to get sick.
They never have what we want ready… they only have spicy n no mild…. Or vice versa… Service is okay. Food is always good… just always out of stuff… they need to prepare more for lunch and dinner rushes. When its noon and we order a mix they say mild chicken will take 20-30minutes… if chicken is what they serve chicken is what they should always have ready…. We really want to see an improvement. Thanks.

Staff is rude. Management is also very rude.
I was overcharged and the manager was refusing to refund me. The meal was cold. My thumb was almost bigger than the chicken leg I was given. The prices have gone up but the amount of food is less. Worst experience ever there.
