Very poor planning. I decided to get down to order to go due to the long line at the drive thru and I'm told there's a 20 min wait. But I notice that more than half the kitchen is clean and empty. You know the warmers where the chicken is kept warm.... the kicker is it was 7:45 pm and again a long line of vehicles outside... very disappointing. Then they get order wrong...

We asked for a two piece combo. Breast was a good size, but wing was small and looked defected. Fries and mashed potatoes were cold.

This place hired nothing but VIP. Very incompetent people. I placed a simple order and 3 people came after me and left before me. I spoke to the incompetent staff and nobody knew anything on my order. The 3 geniuses there were just talking and not tending to customers. Until the "manager " came out did they completed my order. Almost 30 minutes later. I will not be going back with this idiots

I have always loved popeyes chicken bit when I went today I wanted spicy and they told me its a 20 minute wait. OMG that is all they sell. Well I just got mild because it was ready. I get home and it was all over cooked. This will definitely be the last time I buy from them. Popeyes on Guadalupe
The food is fast food, so it's good but not great like any other fast food joint. But the music inside absolitely slaps, jazz music for the win
