Good sandwich, customer service is ok
I ordered 3 meals and I was missing an item on each meal. We were missing 2 orders of fries and my daughters juice. Not to mention I asked for barbecue , Buffalo sauce and ketchup numerous times and I didn’t get any. Payed $24 for an incomplete order. The staff is careless and obviously there’s no management in sight. I called 5 times to speak to a manager and there was no answer.I couldn’t go back because I was on my way out of town. I would understand if there was a long line but there was no customers and like 5 staff members that I can see doing nothing. This is what happens when you leave teenagers run a business.
This place is ridiculous. I placed a moblie and had to wait more than 20 minutes for it. The manager brought my order. I get home and I was missing a box of chicken. I called and the manager himself accused me of lying, stating he had packed the bag himself. He then realized, according to him, that he saw thebox. I come to pick up the chicken and had to wait again because they didn't have any ready. Please get new management here.

I used to hate coming to this location cause of bad service and bad management. I noticed they changed the manager and staff a few months ago. And so far they have been doing a great job. Fast service and they haven't forgotten anything on my orders. Thanks

Don’t go here if you want to pay $36 for just two sandwiches. Employee charged me twice when I told her that the first time my card had already gone through. When I called they accused me of going to another Popeyes. I went in person and the manager said they couldn’t do anything about it. Waste of money and time.
