Not sure what happened. Although we are disappointed that flavor crust is no longer available we still enjoy a good pie from time to time. Today you had multiple people working, the store appeared slow and our pizza was horrible. We both had one slice, and threw the rest away. Ironically our dog, who thinks he is human would not even eat it. It was dry and thin. The cheese was minimal, and over cooked. It really tasted like it was old, or reheated to long.
Better quality. Seems like very little condiments. Asked for extra cheese on one pizza loom dry.
Last time I checked Pizza are suppose to have a reasonable amount of cheese. The dinner box barely had cheese in the middle and no cheese on the edges
Restaurant was in chaos. Management was rude and combative. Wait times for pre scheduled orders were ridiculous. One customer waited for an hour even though they had already paid, and order was completed: cashiers just lost track and forgot to tell customer their order was complete. Manager not listening and cancelled wrong order and argued over taking responsibility for canceling and having to redo order. Kitchen in disarray. Witnessed dropping of pans which were then used and not sanitized. Ranch was expired and sour.
My order was over 30 minutes past the estimated time of arrival and was not hot. This is the 2nd time this happens.. Fixing these errors will make my experience way better and give a strongly agree
it was good , had to double back , they forgot my 16 piece boneless wings . restaurant was busy . luckily i checked before leaving parking lot
The delivery was fast. The delivery person was professional and friendly. The pizza was delicious. The pasta wasn’t good though.
They prepare the pizzas with few ingredients like nothing of tomatoes sauce and feew peperrony
Little wait time, great service, and great tasting pizza! We asked for light sauce and they got our order right ✅
