This place used to be great when I first started going. But the service and the quality just keep going down. They treat you as if they were doing you a favor. Today I ordered a small veggie pizza. I went to pick it up and they said it was still not ready. And when it came out today, they gave me a personal size instead of a small pizza. I just laughed! How ridiculous is that? I didn't want to fight, so I just grabbed the box but asked for pepper and cheese, and they told me I had to pay extra for it. Never again. I will just order from farther up the road.
I went last night to pick up my online order. It was a mess. They had a huge line of cars waiting outside. I went inside, people where waiting. Didn't have my order ready, had to wait another 30m. Staff were all over. Alot of customer s angry and were canceling there order. Not recommend pizza hut on zapata hwy.

The app lagged and said the order did not go thru when ot did. I had to call the restaurant to make sure. I did not get my points for that purchase.
My pizza arrived a crumbled inside the box as if they dropped the box or flipped the pizza box before delivery
I ordered curbside so it could be faster than delivery, but that was definitely not the case, it took an hour for my order to come out, so I would suggest getting more cooks to do more orders fulfilled in a timely manner.
I had to wait a very long time to receive my order. The curbside employees took very long to even come out and take my payment. The line was extremely long. A lot of people were getting down from their vehicles to see what was happening.
