I had to call 4 times to place a simple cake order. They told me they would call me back and never did 3 times! Finally went to pick up the product and it couldn’t even make a 3 min car ride home! The cake melted and shifted and ruined the apearence of the cake! Completely unprofessional staff with no intention of follow ups- and the product was a disaster and is completely ruined by a 3 min car ride in 60 degree weather. Horrible experience overall.
