This was my first time throwing ever throwing a party at Peter piper pizza. It was for my daughter first birthday. We're sitting up the table cloths and I had hired a balloon lady to decorate the main table. The balloon lady starts bringing in the balloon and is stopped by a supposed manager (at least she stated she was a manager her name was Esmi or Emily i dont remember)being extremely rude telling her we can't decorate with balloons on the tables anymore and that i had to take them away. I told her I wasn't aware of that. She told me they send an email advising about it. I politely show her the email I got when I reserved showing it did not say anything about decoration restrictions. She immediately became even more rude than she was already being and told me that if I didn't remove them she was gonna put a hold on our order until we did. Now mind you this is my first time making a party here. I was stressing out already as one does with any child's birthday party and adding an extremely rude and unprofessional "manager" that was not only arguing with me but with my balloon lady and other family members over this balloon arrangement. Finally we decided to cut down our balloon arrangement for the sake of just getting to enjoy our daughter celebration and not arguing with the girl anymore when another lady comes stating she was the real manager and the other girl was just in training. She was extremely nice. I didnt catch her name but she let us keep our balloon arrangement up and just advised us for next time of their policy. She apologized for the other girls behavior and attitude and for any stress she might of caused us and she took care of our order and took care of us the whole party with anything we ordered or needed. Definitely a huge difference in customer serves from the first rude "manager". Regardless she definitely saved our party and made it an amazing experience for us and our baby girl.
Good place to go and eat food is great they lack games or need to upgrade. We didn't get to eat the buffet because we got there at 2pm which i assume that's the end time for the buffet. Pizza was awesome y sin is very picky with pizza and by far he loved it. employees were very helpful big thumbs up.
The lunch special is great. For $9.99, unlimited pizza and salad bar. The wings are separate but well worth it. Hot and spicy. Love the arcade space for the youngsters in the back as well.
Wings were awful awful!! Didn’t even eat !! And the fountain sodas were flat !! Can’t understand it was good before !!

Place was clean, friendly staff, supper polite. It’s the weekend so there’s a bunch of parties and a lot of tables are reserved. When we went there’s three parties going at the same time, and even with all the hustle and bustle or Pizza came out with an a decent time tasting great and the staff was super friendly yet super busy. They are on top of there game I loved it, the family had blast.
It was ok. I was disappointed because we saw the advertisement for a buffet and it was not available, the pizza was ok, we did have to wait for much longer than what I'd anticipated. We ordered a medium pizza and a Caesar's salad and we kept being asked "what kind of dressing do you want?" I mean... Really? All the regulations in place, the place was clean.
Super unprofessional was waiting for someone to attended me to give me 3 ice cream they saw me and made me wait more than 10 minutes

I love peter Piper pizza. I always get it from the restaurant at the south side(very friendly staff). I decided to order from san Dario this time by phone the girl was very rude not helpful also she just hung up on me without letting me finish. I don't like to give bad review to one of my favorite pizza spots ?♀️ I recommend you he pizza just not the San Dario peter Piper.
