Food is good, customer service is not good at all. Worker looked miserable like if she was annoyed. You're representing someone's business, or trying to attract business and she was doing the opposite. And to top it off she charged us full price for a combo that includes a soup and drink and only gave us the salads because she said she had already put the soups away, it was only 7:30 they didn't close til 8 according to the times google. Maybe the other locations have better customer service but the one on McPherson I do not reccomend.
Customer service was lousy, they give you very little for what you pay for and charge extra gor crackers......extremely disappointed.

Fresh salad, the only problem is to decide which one to pick. I love them. The broccoli soup was delicious.
Can I get a whoop whoop for this concept restaurant? Super good. They make a variety of salads and offer some really great food. Prices are excellent. Staff is friendly. Pretty healthy place to eat, depending on what you pick. Definitely worth the drive to get their lunch special. Quick services, too.

Not a good for them!Do not mind waiting in line but today was an issue. Greeted by person on the other side of serving counter, was my issue. Aside from not paying attention on what I was requesting. I left with only 1 serving of what I requested. I turned to pay and walked out. Drove to work and found 2 servings missing of the 3 requested.Cheated by a disgruntled server.
The macaroni salad is not well done and the manager didn't want change to another salad and ask her for owners number and she didn't want to give it to me not good service at all did give her my number for him to call me !
This used to be a favorite place to eat until they decided to charge extra for some of the salads. They are charging almost a dollar per scoop of anything that is seafood, including tuna. As it is they charge $12 for the plate, I did not want to pay an extra $4 for a few scoops of tuna. I don't think I will be returning.
