I'm giving five stars because this location has the best orange chicken I've ever eaten. You can actually taste the orange, the chicken is great, and it's not so spicy it blocks out all other flavor. Better than pandas in other cities and states, and better than orange chicken at any other Chinese restaurant I've had.
Food was great service was not so helpful ?.I felt in a rush and I didn't even had a second to decide want I wanted.
Great food but they didn’t have Soy Sauce when I ordered. I mean what kinda place runs out of Soy Sauce.
Clean, friendly, tasty. For semi drivers park your tractor in Walmart and walk here.
Terrible service. I ordered two dishes with 3 entrees...none of them were prepared as I requested...besides dirty and the portions are for children...not even when compared to those in Houston...it seems that They want to save and the only thing they get is that people who come for the first time... WE NEVER RETURN
Fair service. The line is usually long but goes by quickly. Accurate orders as well. No Coke Zero on tap but they have 20 oz bottles
I’m giving it a two star because don’t use the app anymore I believe it’s he company is using door dash for delivery and they won’t deliver it when said so. I If I’m paying to use the app and it says I’m gonna get it at a specific time we’ll I should have to wait about 45 min later to get my food. I’m planning this around a schedule. Horrible never again.
I understand that you guys have a timer when placing an order, but please be more patient and polite with us, we don’t feel comfortable being rushed to do so. Always happens when we attend to this location, please fix this!
The lady on the drive thrue was not answering at .gor rilled off i didd t vet partion of the food and gave me like 3 piece of chicken
Horrible service. Ordered 2x medium A la carte chow mein through drive thru, but all I got were cold vegetables with almost no chow mein. Went to get a refund or exchange for new chow mein, but the lady said they were out. She said they would give me my order the next time I visit if I bring my receipt. In my next visit I choose to dine in and order a plate along with my two a la carte chow mein sides and an order of veggie spring rolls for my fiancée, but the guy taking our order was rude and barely paying attention to what I was saying. At the cash register I present him with the receipt, and he only gives me $1.50 discount for the previous disappointment of a dinner. Then he does not even include the spring rolls in my order. Fiancée was VERY disappointed. To add context, we had been waiting almost 20 minutes for fresh food to be made, and the line behind us was long so I did not try to make a scene for their sake because everybody looked upset. The food was also bland. NEVER going again. One star is too nice.
