I know we all make mistakes but I don't think there's an excuse for today. I tried to order online earlier to just pick up food but I was getting a message stating I couldn't make an order at this location because their were experiencing high volume orders. I drove up and it was the usual wait. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. Then when I received it I asked if it was the family meal I had asked for because it was given to me in a different presentation and the person said yes. When I got home and I opened the order it wasn't I asked for. It got me very upset and here I am waiting another 20 or so more minutes to get my food. I really liked this location but waiting over 40 minutes close to an hour makes me put this review and not wanting to come back. Real nice lady delivering my order but once again they forgot my sauces. Not coming back.
Your Wok Fired Shrimp is superb and delicious!!! NO other place here in Laredo, Texas has it. We do have several Chinese Restaurants,but for some reason, they don't offer Fired Shrimp on their menus. It's always chicken entrees and maybe some beef entrees. Maybe you should consider making it a regular item. People are buying it. How do I know, because when we try to get some they are either out of it or we are told to wait for the next batch to come out. I know that you are in business to make money and you have an opportunity to make a lot of money, by having it on your menu, instead of only chicken and 1beef entrée. Love ?Panda ?Express!!!!
Walkinn to order and they were out of noodles and teriyaki chicken. I sat down and waited as did another client that wanted the same. After about 10 minutes they brought out the noodles and chicken only to continue to serve the people that were comeing in. They got served the noodles and chicken even when the server had our plates annotated with our order in the take out plate. I had to stand up and ask to be served as did the other person waiting. Bad service . Better to go to a full buffet in town since its the same price for just the one meal versus a full buffet of same or better quality food. Good bye panda express.
No white rice available on a Saturday. No white rice at a chinese take out? What's the purpose? Never again
This location never answers the phone. Do not even try. They will make promises they won't keep like offering a store credit. But no one knows about this. They claim is on their system.
Everything is ok except for the rice, I know it has egg on it but don’t suppose that smell like egg when you eat it…first time it happens to me….
I’ve been here three times during pandemic drive-through and the girls have always been rude never have I encountered anyone in a good mood or polite!
Place is clean and they give extra sauce if you want, ladies are nice and food obv is delicious
They always mess up my order. One simple little order and they can not get it right. All the time they can't seem to get it right. Let's try here hello, give me 1 chicken egg roll, steam rice, orange chicken and beef broccoli. I get home and I'm missing the orange chicken. In my opinion they are all slow in the head. I'm mad cuz its not the first time. All the time different shifts. Slow Slow Slow. I'm so glad I don't order a few plates. They can't do one. Imagine If I ask for 3 plates. I need to go back to get my orange chicken cuz they did charge me . They r not Slow for that. Charge away! I really hate it here but it's the closest to where I live. But if u do live close to somewhere else I recommend u go somewhere else. Here it's a mess for me all the time!
