I love the staff from Miss Cow, very respectful and generous! I've been going to this place so much that I've made friends with Jennifer who is a friendly and respectful lady. Very welcoming and sanitary restaurant. I haven't had problems with any of the other staff. For the 3 years that I've been going there they have had great costumer service!
I’ve gone here multiple times but the last two times i’ve gone, this one worker puts her hand in the cup to separate them and she wasn’t wearing gloves. My mother is very cautious about covid so her doing that made my mother not want to come again. The last time i came here my mom asked her to use a new cup and she did, but today I went and she put her hand in the cup again. I really like this place and my mom doesn’t want to take me here again so i really hope that worker could stop doing that :(

I've been a repeat customer for some time, and I'm surprised I haven't left a review yet! Honestly, if you're looking to try boba tea for the very first time, Miss Cow would be the place to do it. Considering the boba shortage, I think they've got pretty fair prices, and the taro milktea with tapioca boba is really yummy! The workers are pretty courteous too, 5 stars!
I was a little hesitant on posting this but decided to do it. A few weeks ago I want to say two or maybe more we went for some boba teas and my mom got down for me since my daughter was sleeping, so my mom who only speaks Spanish got down to order for us. I will say my mom went in there with high expectations because we knew a lot of people who love going there but sadly she came out with a bad experience. She told me that the girl in the front who took her order knew no Spanish, and that when my mom would tell her she didn’t understand what the employee was trying to say that she would just sigh and make a face to my mom that she was frustrated speaking with my mom. I don’t think the girl who doesn’t know how to speak Spanish should be working at the front or there in general especially when you deal with customer service. Anyways, my mom did tell me that this other employee who knew how to speak Spanish came to the front who was nicer helped her understand the menu. I hope if we go next time, we won’t experience this again.

This place is very clean. There aren't many people during the later hours, and it makes it more relaxed. You're not pressured to get your order taken or to gather your items for your yogurt. There aren't many places to sit, but it's fine since they've accommodated due to COVID. There are a few tables outside for your convenience. The staff was friendly and very polite. Second time coming and definitely not disappointed.
I have been looking for years for a place where i had a favorite food or drink all over Laredo. Miss cow honestly has now placed my mind into going back everyday do to their great workers and their amazing drinks. I personally love the iced tea boba drinks. I will continue to go to miss cow from here and on and I will of course start recommending all their products to my friends and family.
