Wanted to place an order online but said it was closed, I tried placing an order through the phone but they said they couldn’t take it and the employee said “you have to come here and order” I asked oh so then I have to wait in my car over 20 minutes for my order to be ready and he said “yes you have to wait” I’m at work and I can’t spend all my break waiting for some stupid burgers that I was craving
We usually drop by at night for a quick ice cream after visiting my baby at the NICU? staff is nice, although sometimes the lines can get kinda long
Any time i try to place an order throught the app during the night, it says "closed" and when you go through the drive thru they take for ever to attend ur service. They need to start doing better, typical fast food restaurant. and last time i was there with two burgers i ordered they got one wrong, oh and if you go any time passing 12 am theyre never accepting credit cards, who carrys money now a days?
Not too bad! Good food but they forgot one of my French fries ?
I hate where they have the curbside…. When picking up you literally get stuck there cause of all the drive thru customers… poor management

They have the WORST service I have ever experienced. Make sure to double check your order once you get it. They forgot to include an item in our order, so we went back to get it. The ladies there at the drive thru were looking inside our vehicle and told us we were lying and refused to give us our missing item!
Slow moving. Didn't take my order right. Didn't ask me about the app. Didn't take my app number after given to them. Very disrespectful. Spent half my lunch time waiting.
Made online order on app and picked up location and to then be told by manger to pickup order in drive thru OMG ?? was in line for about 40 min and I didn't leave because when I arrived and checked in my card was charged So bad service felt bad for all the doordash driver's that were trying to pick up orders for their customers and felt bad because they were going to get bad reviews for not arriving on time to their customers so yes bad place to get curbside pickup order and door dash or any other delivery service for your orders just try other locationservice because they arearservice
I usually go to this location because it's the closest to my house. Tonight I ordered on the App. When I got to the location I still had to wait 20mins for my order. When I got home, the order was wrong. First and last time I use Curbside on this location.
