McDonald's has always been popular so what can I say the only trouble sometimes is the drive thru and curbside sometimes slow.
Terrible service ask for a quarter pounder no cheese we get home and what do you all think it came with cheese bad service
The ordering was fine and getting my food was fine until they handed me a coke slushy that was literally overflowing in my hands spilling coke everywhere over the front seat.

Lady that is in the first window should be promoted ahead peers.Super courteous and ALWAYS asks for hows my day doing. I come here often Ok. I dont know her and she doesnt know me either but this kind of employees are rare and Im sure shes like this with everyone else.A simple greeting can change your day
I recommend you stay away from this McDonald's it's really bad service and very inexperienced workers that do not know how to attend a customers and the managers themselves need to be retrained every time I come I have a bad experience my foods never done well the service is horrible I hope that the company does read our comments because they should send someone to retrain all of them

DON'T GO TO THIS ONE! There is one down the road a bit. Really rude employees. Almost every time I used the app to pay, their machine said I didn't pay and had to provide another way to pay. Although once their system saw I paid twice, I was refunded the first payment I made which is the one I wanted to use to keep track of travel expenses. Last time I went there the employee said everything back to us correctly but when we got the order the size was wrong on a dollar drink and they refused to give us the right size even though it cost the same amount. Day before that the employee didn't take my app code at the start and when I gave it to her after she gave me the total she responded with "Your total is still blah." in a seriously snooty how dare I use a code way. There is another McDonald's that we'll go to next time we're in Laredo just down the road a bit. We've had it with this one.
Burgers are not the same anymore ? they are stiff, chicken is a bit dry but I love their fries ?. ?
