Do not come to this Mc Donald’s and especially don’t order online pick up. It’s the second time that I order a small order for example today was a 6 price nugget meal and a large frappe and after 25min they hadn’t taken it out to me. I had to get down both times and they didn’t even know what my order was. They gave me the wrong order and I told them it wasn’t my order. If you don’t want to waste your time waiting on an order that will take for ever and then not be good quality. What annoyed me the most was that they were unprofessional and didn’t care about how long I had been waiting and that it was for my kid.
Pulled late night and Eric the night manager had excellent customer service skills. I had just gone thru a bad experience at the one on San Bernardo so I drove to this store to complete my order. It was such a difference, night and day.
Hi. I just bought a bacon mcgriddle breakfast sandwich at your location and the bread was raw almost runny, it was a little cooked from outside but the bread was raw. They didnt give me receipt and i paid w / credit card. Its all i bought. This is for you to know and give better service to your customers.Thank you.
The food is good but always check if your order is right. They never give the correct things you ask for.

When the Manager acknowledged that she is WRONG with OUR ORDER she will not give you the right order/food until she takes back the wrong order. ?♂️What do they do with the food they take back? Give it to the next person behind us?Even if they throw it away, why would you bring contaminated food back into your store.NASTY ?How do you know if anyone is SICK ? ?????
Is it possible to get a bilingual employee working the drive-thru? I’m tired of having to order in Spanish and getting customer service only in Spanish in Laredo. Even after ordering in English, lady at the drive-thru only speaks back to me in Spanish. When I switched to Spanish, I still had to repeat my order four times. And again at the window for accuracy.
