Complete joke left items off order when we returned they start acting like we are lying about a $2 item…please get better training for employees
Every single time we visit, they get the order wrong. Then their lobby is closed and they don't answer the phone so you can't get it fixed unless you want to wait in the 20 person drive thru line again. Unacceptable. I'm sorry but it isn't hard to get someone's basic order correct nor to answer the phone. Apparently they need new management.
We usually go by when I pickup my granddaughter from school at 10:55 to get lunch for her, cause she wants nuggets. They never have them at this time, so I get her breakfast or we go across the street to Burger King and get her nuggets.
Drivethru at night is very rude. They told me to pull up to the next window but didn't tell me why. I was treated like I was bothering them.Another time I asked for extra pickles and they gave me none. When I drove to the window to tell them. They were laughing and they moved out of sight. I had to wait in line again to correct my order.Who is managing at night- get someone who take there job seriously.
The line took forever,no lie i was there for an hour,i thought maybe it was because of the time we went,but we even went to another McDonald's a few weeks later and same thing,the lines are long but the wait time is just crazy.
Very rude! Had us waitong over 30 mins and threw the window at us twice, did not even heard us!

fue una señora muy amablemente me atendio xq solo x autoservicio estaban atendiendo pero ella me atendio solo abrio la puerta y muy amablemente me pidio la orden ...no me fije cual era su nombre pero traia una diadema para atender tambien x autoservicio....dios la bndiga a esa señora
If I can give a no stars I will, I just came back after arguing with what I think was the Manager... so I order a ice-cream through the app and waited in curbside. 15 -20mins nothing, then the Manager came out and gave everyone their food.. I tried to flag her down 3 times and she pretends to not notice me.. I keep trying and finally get her attention. I asked her where is my ice-cream.... I been waiting awhile and she informs that there was no order and I look on the app and someone completed it out. I still showed her the order and she told me since there no code that they can't help me,but she was ready to charge me another one. I know it not a lot of a ice-cream but come on why do I have to pay for 2 and only get one. I just told her no and left. The entire time this Manager was giving me attitude... if you don't like your just work somewhere else!!
