The WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Not only was the food bad, it was the so called manager worse. Maria A. Who worked on 3/13/21Sunday morning shift lacks professionalism and manners. Her broken English is hard to understand in the first place it was her profanity that was shocking. I had never seen a person loose her cool. Whatever she had going on that morning she should had left it at the door when she came to work. I am still in Awe by her conduct and her stupidity. She need to learn how to talk to customers and treat people with respect before given a position that she claimed with pride. What a ugly human being it's sad to see someone like hold a position like who suppose to lead by example. I've been going to that McDonald's location my whole life because I grew up in the area some of my fondness memories of my childhood memories happen to be there and now I won't even dare to go back because of her.

Language barrier is an issue as they don't understand orders given in English. Plus trying to translate via drive-thru is a mess! Also, there is a homeless person right at the drive thru asking for money...really? With Covid at full force? This person walks up to your car and asks for money at your window! So dangerous! I understand people are in need, we all are however this is not the place to have a homeless person asking customers for money. The manager/supervisor needs to act on this. This is the most horrible McDonald's ever...
Really fast service! Impressed. And the coffee is the best! I have made an habit to take out coffee as a first stop before any errands during my stay in Laredo.
The lady at the window was not in a very good mood. She sounded frustrated when asked for creamers and Splenda.
Sometimes the burgers are given with the sauce spilled everywhere instead of it being in the actual burger. But tasty nonetheless
