this Guadalupe Street location is always very crowded and there's always employees just standing around eating snacks and talking despite how busy it is. they've always gotten at least one item in my order wrong everytime. this specific time is the last time I'll ever go there. they didn't automatically give me napkins or a straw until i asked, and they gave me only 1 sauce for a whole 20 pc nuggets. and they gave me a 4pc nuggets instead of 6pc so i had to go back inside to get it fixed. they didn't seem like they cared to talk to me, they took way too long to correct it, and when i asked for a water cup while i waited they said they don't give out courtesy cups. ??? okay whatever... anyways, so the food itself was TERRIBLE. I've never had fries that bad from any other place. They were hot but greasy and hard. It felt like they just recooked old fries. the nuggets tasted stale. the only decent thing was the mcflurry but honestly it would be nearly impossible to mess that one up. never going here again
yes I always take my kids and Grandkids to McDonald's because they do really love it

Service is extremely slow!!! I even had to order through the window since the cashier didn’t take my order after saying hello 4 times. Maybe the speaker is not working and then he messed up on my order. The ladies giving the orders were nice about it either way. Crazy how 1 bad cashier messes up the whole system.
I had to wait like ten minute for someone to take my order and it wasn't even busy, gave me my order wrong, never answered the phone and my hot choclate didn't even had choclate in it it was all milk, worst service ever always rude, order is always wrong ,never answer, and manager is always rude, from the night shift.
Make sure you have a full tank of gas to go in this drive thru because the service is really slow. When it was my turn at the speaker, no one talked to me, meanwhile the other cars on the other lane were advancing. When some finally talked to me, she was not really paying attention and she asked me the same thing a couple of times. To make things worst, coming home and finding you're missing stuff is really the cherry on top of an awful experience.
Does McDonald's still do double check?... double quarter pounder with cheese..... had no cheese! ? no receipt either.
Horrible customer service. Spoke to a “manager” named Sarahi. She was extremely rude to my father. I ordered curbside thinking it would be faster considering there was no line in the drive thru. I waited about 30 minutes only for my order to be completely wrong. Never used to have a problem with this place until now.
Is one of the most American fast, cheap, hot, etc.. Amazing food
