I went to eat dinner and witness the employees at this establishment be unkind, inconsiderate and lack of work ethics. An elderly couple ( well into their 80s) came in and order their food on the touch screen menus. The women is walking with a cane. Once you place your order you are given a number where they bring you your food. Am employee calls their # twice sees the women waving her cane and leaves the food there. Mind you there are other employees looking as well but not one of them takes their food to them. The couple is still waving and still no one takes the food to them. I got up and told them I would pick it for them. I was disgusted with the employees for not taking them the food since they took everyone's else's food to them. It was not packed. The couple thanks me and I go and speak to he manager and employees on practice better work ethics, consideration and kindness to their customers. It hit me so much harder since as a teacher we are teaching the students positive character traits such as kindness, consideration, and compassion. This establishmen needs to training their employees on these traits so they have better employees, provided better customer service and be better human beings. So not cool McDonalds!
Quick. Food was good. First time going there and the experience was not that good. I paid and drove up to the window that was opened thinking that's where I would get the food. No "move to next window" sign was present and I heard them saying "you have someone at the window?" And the girl there instead of telling me to drive forward just said, "yeah I don't know why they just don't drive up". I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. Never going there again. Thank goodness there are several McDonald's all over Laredo. Staying with the mines road location.
I ordered through drive thru and was really impressed with how quick and efficient they were. I can’t remember the last time I ordered and received my food in less than one min.
The worst place to pick up!! Man this McDonald's is really bad... Unfortunately it is close to my home but when I ordered thru the mobile they take forever!!! Sometimes over 30 minutes. To top it off they have such bad customer service they provide no type of explanation, I take it back there was once one explanation "there is only one cook"??
Coffee is only offered prepared. No sugar sweeteners or creamers on the side to go. Sugar pump desepenser is either broken or employees fails 100% of the time.
This has been the worst McDonald's restaurant I have been too in sometime now should have taken a hint when they have there windows opened all our burger patties were burned!
It's drive thru takes FOREVER, they NO longer carry Red Flash nor Big Red so I travel across town to get better service and the soda WE want.
The products and price for the items was perfect and ideal as always like in any other McDonald's. Also, the food was superbly good as well. However, the drive thru attendee was a bit hasty as if she was tired when we tried to give her our order. However, once we got our products and everything the whole experience was great. I would give this McDonald's 4 stars only but due to how good the quality of the food, I will give them the full credit. Hope they continue doing the great work. #LetsGuide
We ordered 6 McRibs and 2 of them didn't even have the bottom bread, it was just the patty, a ton of sauce and another bun.
I ordered a fillet ofish and got a dark nasty fish hard and tastes old. Nothing like the pictures on menu
