Great costumer service and fast service
Bad service! I did an online order they sent it try uber eats. Order was incomplete I called them to make them own their mistake and the answer was I am the manager and I did the order ? I paid for something that wasn’t in the bag and in top of that they blamed the driver when the bag was sealed. Their solution was to go get the missing burger at the restaurant, when it first place that was the reason I did the order for delivery
What can i say this like all Mikey Dee's are only drive thru dine in area is always closed. That day that i went they weren't serving fountain drinks due to the water boil situation i paid close to $13 for a big Mac meal no drink but they did have the nerve to charge for water instead of including it with the meal that's why Im not a fan of McDonald's they charge extra for everything they don't like to lose.
Kids didn’t finish it they need to do a better job everything was cold n I had asked for it cook by order n they had my food in the window also they need to change the oil

worded restaurants ever always gives the wrong order and they use the excuse of the ice cream machine is been clean that's why they don't have icecream
Affordable and speedy. McDonald's is a Classic fast food restaurant, and always takes me back to my high school days. However, this McDonald's is on a main street, so if you are looking to go for a quick lunch or afterwork/after school bite; order through the app and just get in the drive thru line, or park in a designated area in order to get your food faster.
McDonald's on Saunders is the worst EVER!!!! First off do not ask them to customize your order because they don't do that. The wait in line just for them to take your order is 45 minutes to an hour that's not counting the time you have to wait to get your food. The same thing goes for McDonald's on San Bernardo. This has always been the case and that's why I stopped going to either one but tonight I was with my daughter and grandkids on our way home from a long day at work so I said well maybe the service has changed but nope nothing has changed, still the same horrible service. We waited 35min in line then we just saw the car in front leave so it was our turn and we did the same. Seeing that the parking lot was full of all the vehicles that had gone before us still waiting for their food. People I live very close by and I rather drive all the way to the one on Del Mar and San Dario they have the Best Service in Laredo. They always get my order right and made just the way I like it. Very friendly and fast customer service. I can tell right away who actually loves and take their job seriously. Props to whom ever is in charge of McDonald's on Del Mar & San Dario keep up the hard work to the whole crew at this location.
