Service is not always stellar here but we come for the ice cream. Rated one star because1. Son wanted a shake. But they were out of milk.2. Tried to order a cone. But they were out on cones.3. Ordered a peanut butter mixture ice cream. But they were out of peanut butter.4 The Marble slab where they do the mixing was out of order. So the mixings were just out on top of the ice cream.Now I understand things go wrong and run out in businesses. One or two things wrong is understandable. But all of the above? Plus who knows what else was out or not working.Please fix

The oreo ice cream cake i had my mom pick up was a disappointment, nothing like they advertised so much for driving over an hr to get that disappointment. Manager was suppose to call me 3hrs ago still nothing
young man hurt his arm scooping my ice cream I thought he just hit it but by the time I was paying his arm was swelling up. he assisted me and another customer politely after obviously being in pain. I hope he went to goes to get check he might have his forearm cracked. Thank you and hope rick feels better as per what the receipt said
Been frequenting Marble Slabs since I was a child in DFW. Tried to take my entire family out for ice cream this evening to this location and was turned away over a stupid mask - nearly 2 years into this rona stuff. If YOU want to wear a mask, wear it. But no one has the right to mandate others to do the same. If your employees wear masks, and they work so well, why are you worried about me wearing one? They lost out on a good $60 order tonight, and the many nights we would have frequented this establishment.To top it off, they had the most "petty" response to my Google review, yet called me petty in the same response. Also made a "petty" comment about how I've given other businesses, where I'm from and lived for 27 years, 5 star reviews, but not them or the handful of businesses I've been able to visit since moving to Laredo just a few months ago. Do better, earn the 5 stars!
Would give it 0 stars my ice cream had a hair in it :/I told the lady it had a hair in it and she was like “ok” like at least say sorry and I was like im just letting you know and she said “ ok… thanks “ so sad :(

As a business owner I cater to my clientele and go above and beyond for them but apparently this place does not.I’m sure you love the idea of turning your business into some restricted area but it’s the customers choice not yours to make for your clients. You have three layers of security distance, a ton of acrylic and your masks that you choose to wear.What is it that your afraid of?We’re not in 1940’s Germany.
