Management lack knowledge & is disrespectful. They left me on hold for 1 hour, I called multiple times. The bar area is awful, he gave me wrong change. When asked for my correct change, they seem like a bother. Beside the terrible service, they haven't refund me the correct change. Not to mention their "manager" so lost & never returned my change. Never again.
Awesome experience also great steaks. All the times I have come to this establishment it has been a home run. Service is excellent, food is great and atmosphere is pleasant. Definitely recommend for a dinner night, you will not be disappointed.
The steak was immaculately cooked to perfection. The drinks were delicious ? our dinner was worth EVERY penny. Staff was friendly and very attentive! I will definitely go back again.
Attempted to call the restaurant to resolve issues but no answer. It was a Thursday night and my sister said the restaurant was really busy when she picked up order so I can understand. BUT unfortunately the steaks were not cooked appropriately and when it comes to to-go orders we can't just send it back to the kitchen. The porterhouse steak was ordered medium well and it was not even near that it was rare to medium rare. Of course we had to cook it just to mildly enjoy it, but for a steak of that price it should be guaranteed to be cooked right.
