I had a very bad experience today went through the drive-thruThey gave me the correct order But I kept telling the person in charge to please put some tartar sauceI repeated myself three timesThen I called to ask that why didn't they put it She was rude And she told me she didn't recall poor management And the person that gave me the order it was in charge
Ordered a 16 piece family meal with 4 sides. Besides taking 20-30 minutes to receive food the dining area needed cleaning, there was food all over the floor making it slippery and unpleasant. It was cleaned up after we made them aware of the problem, we also received the wrong order but they were quick to correct it. The food was excellent freshly made and hot it made worth the visit.
Laredo LJS owner check up on your store.. Food is not what it used to be the pandemic is no longer an excuse. Your counter staff need to be trained with customer service skills they are rude and seem to be bothered when you are placing your order.Thank you for the condiments but trying to sell you a bottle of hot sauce is a total money grab. I've been to a few LJS around Texas and this one is the worst.
this is the second time coming to this place, i overlooked it the first time because I thought the girl that was at the register was probably having a bad day, but today was the same BAD AND RUDE SERVICE. I had asked for it to be fresh and the girl at register legit said "WE DONT DO SPECIAL ORDERS" like how is that a special order? it's a request to have it freshly made because last time the chicken and rice was really bad, like it had been there for a while. Well today, we experienced the same kind of treatment and food. The chicken was dry, and greasy and the fries were extremely soggy. I hate complaining but if they don't like they're job, then why are they there, leave your problems at home. Anyways if I ever go there again I will have to say something because how can it happen frequently, a manager at Chick-fil-A would have put a stop to that type of attitude. It all starts with management. I actually give this place a .5 star but the least you can put is 1 star. Oh and the girl on the register her name is Mayra V. & the other one before her, was a short chubby girl with glasses, i didn’t get her name but she was so rude last time.

Great restaurant and I love the food here. I got the #6 as just because of how good the chicken is here. Pretty nice place to order for anyone interested in good food.
False advertising ? wanted to try this fish and shrimp combo for $5.99 ask for two combos when I check the receipt it was 7.59 each combo. At least let your customers know the real price ?
Oh my God. This is the bestfood.i had ever ate from a fast resturant. The place is clean and the staff are on the ball attending customers.and the food is super hot like it should be.Thanks you long john silver.
Good food all the time! We love the fish fry, the French fries, hush puppies, and Cole slaw we also tried the grilled shrimp which was delicious!
Dinner plate w water $14. Portion of fish, shrimp and fries very small. Asked for hot sauce and that was going to be an extra cost. Bottled water that cost 25 cents was almost $3. My sister and I are 75 years old and live on social security. We rarely go out to dinner but when we do we like John Long Silver. Guess no more!
