Not A Friend Nor Family Member Went Today To Pick Up an Order And I was Pleased food was hot and great definitely going again 2 Roll Combos For Under $20 worth it ?

Food is decent, wait time is a bit above average. Had a very bad experience where they got my order wrong, I didn't realize until I was home and therefore they wanted me to pay for the difference at least and keep both orders. When I only wanted what I had ordered.Was unable to get a hold of management, staff was evading questions and hanged up all three times I called.Would return for food, pablano soup is good, but would avoid any interaction with the staff if possible. Not well mannered and rude.

Food is good but usually cold, they took life to cook my order I came in the store at 1pm and ended coming out at 3pm

El manager no sabe de las promociones No respeto la promotion que habia que porque no le dijimos. La mesera nos echo a la basura lo que teniamos Para llevar listo en una cajita. Muy Mala communication.

I place this order through UberEats and I am not pleased. The portions were huge compared to competitors. This is why they received two stars! The food was tasteless, they included no Wasabi with my sushi and no soy sauce. You would think with a $100 order, you would receive everything to make a complete meal.

Great food however bad customer service. They don’t stick to what they are promoting on Facebook. One time me and my husband ordered food via phone and asked if the special for $12 included drinks and they said yes, once we got there to pick up our order, the guy in the front was very rude and said that it didn’t come with a drink. I clearly told them that they had said it did and he just said “are you going to want the drinks or not?”. Really really rude and bad customer service I feel they need to work on their marketing strategies and improve customer service if not they will not expand as a local restaurant. I would have continued buying food from this restaurant but with that customer service, never! Hopefully they improve their ways!??

Don’t let the 4 stars fool you. They’re probably from friends and family. They have the worst service ever. Not only the staff but the owner is super rude and doesn’t care about customers. Not only did they take almost an hour to have my food ready, the food was cold. Avocado in sushi was black , yakisoba had no noodles. Looked like they got left overs and threw them in a plate. The poblano soup was horrible and cheese that came with it taste and smelled weird.when I called to let them know , they just said that’s how it is served and didn’t offer for me to take food back so they could correct it. So apart from having to wait almost an hour for my food. I had to fix it myself at home and threw away the soup. I don’t recommend this place at all! Definitely never going back. Oh and they need to update menu prices online. Apparently everything is $1-$2 higher in price.
