Very bad service. Food was cold, waitress brought our food without bringing utensils. Asked if we need anything else, we said utensils, salt, pepper and pancake syrup. She takes for ever, finally come with utensils then again asked anything else, we said salt, pepper syrup. Take her sweet time brings salt and pepper and leaves, we called her back and asked for syrup twice before she brought, by then pancakes cold. Had to go up to counter cause she never brought is our check. We completely understand that they are understaffed but it was 3pm very few customers. Very bad service. ?
Disappointing...I arrive late so not busy, waiter was kind, seated me and took my drink and food order, since I knew what I wanted... the "Have It All Breakfast" ($11.99)...Hang on to that, I'll get back to it...1) the drink (Sierra Mist) arrived quickly, but was completely undrinkable- pure soda- no syrup to the mix... off-putting, but it happens, I let it go... I asked for water.2) food arrives with SHOCKING speed! Good right??? WRONG... there a reason why it takes a few minutes for food to come out... They're cooking it. This case, I am convinced it was cooked a LONG time ago.* the hash browns were like boring down a mouthful of cold wooden toothpicks!* the ham tasted... a little bitter... a little off (I hope I don't get sick from it)☆ the eggs were the only bright spot... but, it only takes a minute to cook eggs* the bacon was cold and hard and just shattered when I bit it (drying out happens when it's been left under a heating lamp for a long time)!> the pancakes were fair as we the French toastThe music overhead was LOUD and irritating... but the place was clean...Finally, I go to check out... I hand my card without hearing the price - $16.85??? What? Are you trying to tell me that taxes in Laredo are $.50 on the dollar?Wait... how the fuuu... um... OK... $11.99 - oh, I added cheese to the scrambled eggs... I know inflation is ridiculous, but did that cheese just cost me $3.25+ (Plus another ~$1.25 for taxes)???They had to have our charged me for a soda I couldn't drink...Plus... I'm in uniform... one never NOT received a military discount at an ihop... if I did this time, then that was expensive cheese and a soda I couldn't drink!Like I said, disappointing... I guess I know one ihop that I'll not be going to again!
Ihop. Expensive!!!!! All chain. All over usa. They use cheap bread cheap eggs they charge you for any add onSoda drink. Is almost 3.00 usd coffee 2.50. 4 people bill last year was around less than 50.00. Now 69 to 80.00

Because of their short on staff, we didn't get the full service they're known for. Overall, good. One particular staff member, who was obviously not part of the wait staff, but did go out of her way to help and make up for the bad service I got, made several trips to the back to get us syrups, napkins, etc. For THAT, I give 4 stars and not 3 or less. Thank you, ma'am! I wish I had her name. She deserved to be recognized
If I could give this 0 stars I would!!!The food was great, but the service was 0/100Our server only approached us once, and the only other time she came was to give us our food. We tried getting her attention multiple times!!! She was walking back and forth when customers next to us were asking for her too ! We ended up having to call another server for the check and a box to go, just because she never bothered to come.
Went to IHOP for a late lunch. Let me tell you, this place still rocks. Food and service top notchKeep up the great work IHOP!!!
It was my first time at IHop and it was a great experience. The service was great and the food came out very fast.
Server was pretty nice at first. Until she was just flat out rude and out of line with us. I understand being short staffed, and servers being stressed, but that’s no reason to snap at customers. Very unprofessional and very rude.
