Today I placed a group order over the phone because the app said the earliest pickup time was at 8pm although I was trying to place an immediate order at 2 pm. Felix picks up the phone and flawlessly takes my group order of 4 subs and and chips. Felix, if you’re reading this, 100/10 man!! Loved the way he took my order over the phone regardless of my app issues, very nice and attentive. Patient and charming charisma. And then when I picked up the order he made my day completely. Jokes compliments and all! Hoping firehouse pays you NICEEE man! Keep up the great work and I hope I made your day too!
We enjoy the subs at FH Today we tried to order at the drive thru window. The associate said unfortunately we could not order cause it was for pick up orders. Be advised no one was the drive thru line. It’s not we were going to cause a delay. The associate should have at least taken and I I could have gotten off for it. Very disappointed with service today. Please put a sign no more ordering thru drive thru.

This is probably the cleanest firehouse I've ever been to. The employees there gave fast and great service. You can tell the management is on top of things. I had the italian sub and it was so delicious. You can tell the ingredients were fresh! I hope they keep up the good work in serving the community.
