Just spent 2 hours waiting on my pizza to be delivered. After the first 40 mins went by and my order was on quality check for about 15 mins I called. The employee I spoke to informed me that delivery wait time was 55 mins, so I waited another 20 mins before calling again. I asked for the manager and she told me that I was next for delivery, but if I liked she could change it to carry out and I could go pick it up. So, I go to pick it up, and when I get there my order is out for delivery. Fml. Then when I asked for a refund she tried to downtalk me by letting me know it could take up to 5 days. Asked for a free brownie, but they said it would take 15 mins. 5 mins to make it and 10 to make the order out. It couldn’t just be given to me for my troubles because god forbid dominoes be short one brownie tonight. Spare yourself the waiting time, and go down the street to a taco stand.
Awful service. Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, waited 30 mins at drive thru and 30 mins inside to find out they only made ONE pizza! Crew needs to communicate more fluidly with each other in order to get orders correct and on a timely manner. Will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Everyone understands the shortage of employees, but this place treats it's customers like as if we are idiots with lying to us. An order was placed at 4:43 and was on "Quality Checking" since 5:00 for over 30 minutes. Called to check what the hold up was and they say the order will be delivered in 20 minutes. That's almost a whole hour since the food came out. When I tell her I don't live too far from the place, she says the driver left 8 minutes ago. (I had to order deliver because of a promotion I was given, I usually pick up) 5:43 Driver has left the store with your delivery. 5:45 driver is delivering the order. Don't lie guys, it just makes you look bad.
I'm just traveling through the area and I didn't realize how late it was on a. Friday (before 10) and I was so hungry. Ordered some good deals and PAID ONLINE ( so it better come back) but my order for a pizza, wings and a soda went though about three stages and then was abruptly CANCELLED, so I lost about 30 minutes. I called the store and the poor guy answering the phone, it's not his fault, but he said his drivers were canceling orders because they didn't want to do them or it would take 2 hours??? IDK it made no sense. He said he'd give me a free pizza If I drove there but I'm from out of town and these highways and all the U turns are bananas and I didn't want to do them in the dark and that's why I ordered delivery in the first place. TERRIBLE service. BAD domino's. DO not use.
I always order from Domino's and they usually give really good service, but today's was great, superb, even. I expected to wait 30-45 mins (delivery time on website) but I only waited about 10-15 mins. Everything was fresh out of the oven. The marble brownie was still piping hot! I was having a bad day and the service I got from here made it so much better, lol.
I place my order online and said it was contact delivery gave the instructions to leave the order on the table outside my hotel room and knock on the door I had product missing out of my order looks like they forgot to add toppings on to my pizza before it Cooks so they just threw them on after it came out the oven nothing was done when I called the store to rectify any of the situations of product being missing other than reimburse it to my car the entire order then recharge me which is just going to mess up my bank account
I drove up to the drive threw as specified in my order. There was no one manning the drive threw I waited several minutes . I got down and walked in to claim my order I did not have much time hence the drive threw option.
Terrible!!! We order a lot from dominos because its the only gluten free option in our town. It takes more than an hour to get here, it has been times when after an hour and a half I got a call from the store telling me they are out of stock of gluten free pizza, after the dominos tracker said its already cooked and ready to deliver. Terrible management.
I order a pizza around 9:00pm, it was a $50-$60 order and was very excitedly awaiting it. On the Dominos tracking system I saw it said delivered, yet I had not received my order. I called the store three times and each time they were very rude, giving excuses that the tracking system isn't accurate or they couldn't contact the driver, and each story was different since I talked to 2 different employees. I then asked to speak to the manager and got switched between two different people, who again gave me different information and I had to repeat the issue 4 times to different people. Finally, the last employee 'manager' started arguing with me over the phone, not offering any solution and saying that I put in my address incorrectly, which is nonsense since I have my mail delivered to my address, other food orders, my lease is under that address, etc. He also had the audacity to say that my lease put the address incorrectly. The reason for this confusion is there is two apartment complexes with the same name next to one another but they have big numbers with different addresses at the entrance, he was arguing about google saying I was incorrect about MY address. Very upset and had to ask for a refund. (The manager I was speaking to was De-Rio?) (Photos attached just in case said manager sees that the address number are different on the outside of the complex)
Order has been incorrect the last 3x I have ordered from this location. Pizza was sloshed to one side, pasta had ingredients that were requested not to be in dish (onion) and wings were just tossed in the box and toppings pulled in the center. 0 stars do not recommend. Called in and asked for replacement and was told it’d be 2-3 hrs. Delivery driver sat the food in the floor of the motel, knocked on door and left.
