As a fellow expeditor, I try to get what's most convenient to me. I've ate here numerous times as I'm always coming through Laredo & they're always a hit or miss. Portions are small, food is not hot, you NEVER get refills on your drinks either. You get your first initial drink and that's it. I am not gonna tip you good if the service isn't good.. it's just that simple.
Shake tastes like water, literally. Have you ever had a waitress decide what to put on your order instead of coming to ask the customer? I have for the first time in my life. Really.? When you choose what someone spends their money on you are wrong even if you guess correctly. I'm not a regular and this isn't Mel's diner.Changing rating from 1 to 3 because I've eaten here so many times and never had an issue that caused me to leave without eating.
I really don't have a nice experience at my visit to my favor restaurant Dennys at Eloy, AZ (inside Flying J). Jennifer L, the lady who took my order with very unprofessional attitude took my order and I asked for everything I need, when each order came with bread, sauce, etc. She never back to asked me if I need something. Of course I need more ice tea and napkin. I love to eat a Dennys. I stopped at different places. TX, NM, AZ, CA, OK and I have a very nice experience. Please give to the customer the best service. ? We got our lunch yesterday here and some of it I noticed was burnt and didn't taste right. So I let the server know and she said ok I will let them know and bring you another one. And someone else brought my newer one and this one wasn't burnt and was very good. That is why I am very happy about this visit. ? They did great ?We even came back for dinner. And that was good as well.
Hands down the best double meat burger I ever ate I don’t know who the cook was but it was today who ever worked today is the best cook on earth
Delicious food, friendly staff, 24hrs open! Their service not too bad at all but, need to check on customer from time to time!
I am only rating 2 star's because the chicken that I got was warm but everything else in the plate was cold and had very little flavor. I had gotten coffee to drink and the first cup was warm and the second cup thank goodness was hot. The restaurant was dirty very few tables were clean, floors had food under the tables. I will not be coming back to this place ever again.
My husband and I are truck drivers. So, we see a lot of Denny's across the country and rarely have an issues. However, the food quantities and qualitiea at this particular location tonight was very poor. The server we had did not table touch to check on her other guests unless it was the ones who she seemed to know, or if the customers spoke Español. Also, the manager on duty kept the server preoccupied with conversation in front of guests and kept her distracted from attending to tables as they came in. I highly recommend that if you want a Denny's experience, do not visit this one.
