Understaffed, even though the diner was like 1/4 occupied, they had a hard time serving the customers. I waited 20 minutes to get someone to serve me and it never happened until I asked for service. Granted it was midnight but other midnight. On the flipside! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing!

Great place for breakfast ? and coffee!!Sad they removed the banana cream pancakes from the menu! Had to ask for it and they charged me extra for caramel and cream... That's why my 4 star reviewTake back those to the menu!!

walked in and the service said sit anywhere, which we couldn't, because all the tables were dirty except the ones in the very back. service was super slow we waited 25 minutes before we could even order our drinks. when we finally order our drinks we also ordered our dinner. not to mention they got my order wrong I just didn't feel like arguing

Went last night, and no one took us to get seated for 5 minutes, left. Went this morning, got seated quick & my food was good. Hence the 3 stars.
Regardless of the time I went, the place had bad smell, there was only one server/host, took about 25+ minutes to get my food and it wasn't as good... This place has gone down in service and quality.

I wish I could put no stars, the customer service is bad, you don’t get all of your food, you order a lumber Jack but you just get “Jack”. I had to get up and serve my own coffee. No pancakes, No hash browns, No eggs
