the service is fast, they are friendly, but the only issue is that they make mistakes on your order.
All of the chicken was hot and fresh. Only the drive thru was open. I don't like going to the drive thru but my order was correct.
I hate that even if there is no cars behind they always send you around to wait for your order. The cashier there the last time I went was giving me attitude was being super rude and was even making faces. Wouldn't recommend at all.
Took to long to take my order finally cook took it when given the order manager mixed oder gave wrong one then blamed the cook

Horrible service! I asked the lady that brought my order out for me if I could get ketchup and she said “You have to go through drive-thru again because I’m taking orders by myself” They take 30 minutes to bring out a sandwich combo order! Lobby is always close at random hrs of the day for some reason!
30 min in line havent even ordered. They literally have 1 job put the dam chicken in the oil. One job.

Dude read the order screen and the menu, it says Texas tenders with two sides where are they? How can you have a meal without the fries it comes with that's like ordering a burger with no meat!
