Very disappointed ... if I can give it a 0 I would... they said 5 mins to wait ... 3:32 and got it at 3:56 24 mins after no apology no compensation no nothing.... if I could get the DM to call me or reply that would be great... very poor service and not customer service oriented
Worst service I always go and they never have the white chicken they always tell me to wait 10/15 minutes I get home after the long wait and my jalapeño bombers are always missing ???

Ordered some strips and they were overcooked and dry. They didn’t have the original only the Texas style which was a disappointment. Will not going back to this location again.
Update your hours online! Says you close at 10:00 and went by at 9:30. Went by and waited for our order to be taken by drive thru for 10 minutes and no response at all! Make a sign and keep it posted or turn off the lights! Literally made me waste my time! Keep customers informed even on drive thru.
