They take forever to attend the people who are waiting, they see us waiting/asking for help but they don’t bother on attending us . If that would improve that would be great.
Toys locked up... they have display toys but won't give what's locked up my child left crying ? spent over hundred dlls eating there and couldn't get a 15 coupon toy because it was locked up even tho display was full on counter display don't understand why they were in the show case .
My kids had fun, but the pizza wasn't really good (no flavor literally), not to mention that the fountain drinks had no ice and one of the drinks was out. Being short on staff is what probably didn't help the latter

All new system but not one employee was excited to work very bad management.. I bought a salad buffet and the salad bar was half empty ,still some ingredients were not fill. The pizza was good with the new cheese flavor.
The ladies were the sweetest people!I enjoyed my time & would definitely recommend this place it felt welcoming!
My kids love it but the games are constantly out of services or need maintenance ??
