I know this place is new but we had a horrible drive thru experience. They gave us the wrong food twice and once we got our food, it was missing items. We had to pull into the pickup parking just so the cars behind us could actually go through since they were taking so long. It was only two of us and not a big order at all. Nothing hard yet they made it very difficult. I noticed a couple of other people going through the same thing and getting angry with the service. We had to tell them multiple times our name for the order and repeated the order several times and they would just walk away and then bring us back someone else's order. Not sanitary at all. We'll probably never go to this location ever again.
Always great attentive customer reps. they take your orders while in your car. Food is good, and so fresh. Love it.
I hate to love Chick-fil-A.... absolutely perfect chicken sandwich and fries paired with a crisp icy sweet tea. What more can one ask for....? Well as i approach the drive thru i asked if i could make a request, i asked if they could make me an ice cream sandwich considering they have ice cream and cookies all they had to do was put it in a bag for me together or sperate but i was told NO! So when i ask to speak with the manager which happened to be next to me she couldn't be bothered. I simply asked why couldn't they sell me 2 items in their menu together or sperate and before I even finish she said NO! Now, how smart is this women...? Where did she learn her people skills or even her manners. She ruin my day and sadly my meal. I was so excited I was salivating when i drove off my mouth was dry as Laredo heat!!! Boo hoo
On numerous occasions, they won’t call your name when your order is done while ordering through carry out. They will have you standing there for over 20 minutes like an idiot until you decide go check yourself while other names are being called. Extremely disappointed and always takes up my whole lunch time when I’m forced to order carry out here. When I use curbside, I never have these issues but they weren’t offering curbside today. Do not recommend ordering carry out here.
Sorry y’all but I’ve never encountered such an unfriendly Chick-fil-A restaurant before. No thank you, no you’re welcome. They just shoved the food in our window and walked away. Oh check your drinks. We got warm sweet teas with no ice :(
First time here at this new location, they messed up my order and didnt give me my mac n cheese but did charge me for it, my half and half had 2 ice cubes (literally). Sadly its the first time I dont get an “My pleasure” thats not very much a Chick-fil-A!
Fiorela was rude and lazy. I wanted to change something on my order and just wanted for her to charge me the difference and said she couldn’t . I asked again and with a attitude she said they will charge me in the front , got my order and nope she didn’t change it. Honestly, I feel it’s just these employees at this new location that have a bad attitude! It wasn’t about not being able to change the order it was just her attitude in all. Unfortunately, she is not the only employee who acts like this. I was so used to the helpful and kind employees at the old location on McPherson.
Jasmine was awesome!! When I arrived to this Chick-fil-A Location, the staff was SWAMPED with tons of customers. Kids were everywhere! The place smelled like feet (not their fault). The employees kept on working, with a positive attitude. Jasmine was cleaning the customer area, even as the children were destroying it. I commend these employees for their diligent work and positive attitudes.
Phone number isn’t working and now my Uber eats order is gonna be wrong. I had a special request that I couldn’t put in because they’re phone number doesn’t work. Otherwise they probably woulda been more than happy to help. My complaint is with the phone number solely.
They are usually well known for taking care of their customers. NOT THIS LOCATION. I got to work with no creamers and sugar for my coffee. Long wait. They messed up my order. I never have to repeat myself after I ask for condiments at any Chick-fil-A.No catering truck in this location when I asked if out can be delivered to my workplace. They also forgot my half and half. So, I had no drink for my breakfast.
