The line was LONG!!!! Yet they still managed to make the line flow like a hot knife cuts through butter. There Food is always great! Quality never changes! So dont worry you won't be waiting long!
Ordered from uber eats and got the wrong sandwich. I ordered a crispy sandwich and they gave me a grilled sandwich. For my bag the tran number is 7250 while on my sandwich box it says 7260.

I was so happy with my experience today when I ordered curbside. I placed my order before leaving my house and then when i got to CFA at 9:31pm, i placed another order for an ice cream cone, and i got everything at 9:35! I’m not even exaggerating. It was so prompt and I was blown away. I felt good about it and didn’t check my meal which I should have. Then I got home, my salad was wrong, they didn’t give me any of the sauces I asked for, none of the salad condiments were in the bag either. Like really.. I worked at CFA before and bagged. It’s not that hard to make sure the order is correct ?
We ordered two chicken strip combos. The chicken wasn't crispy but a bit soggy like it was not battered completely so it lack flavor. Maybe, it was a rush job since it was very pack but line in the drive thru moved fast but the food, especially chicken should be handled more carefully. Watch the quality.Otherwise, best service in the drive thru than other fast food places. Friendliest staff.
Seriously this chick fil a has been dropping the ball. Last time I picked up curbside the 3 kids meals I ordered were missing the milks. Today missing milks again but this time I checked and had to make a big turnaround and wave someone down to let them know. I get home only to realize after my kids asked about their toy. And realized they didn't have their kids meal toy included. ??

This is the worst chick fil a in Laredo. They have poor service, are constantly messing up, and when they mess up they are STILL rude about it. This used to be a really good location I don’t what happened but I will now rather go out of my way to go to a further chick fil a then step foot in this location. Avoid this chick fil a if you want a good experience.
