It's one of the best, the quality and the variety of sauces it's great, there's something for everyone, don't take me wrong, I'm very pleased so far, but they need to put attention on web orders, ours gona take 30 mins to be ready which it's OK, but when we arrived we were informed that they "lost" our order and don't know where it may be, so we have to wait another extra 20 mins, no apologize ?, then I find out there's no napkins, no ketchup, no blue cheese that I order. They don't even gave us our soda we have to ask for it. So it's a problem and maybe they were having a busy day but that's the kind of details they have to be looking and dealing with. Overall it's a good place, delicious food and reasonable prices. Hope next time will be better.

EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE YOUNG AND INEXPERIENCED YOUNG MEN AND WOMAN....STILL....THIS FRANCHISE HAS MANAGED THEIR GREAT SSRVICE MANERS AND QUALITY PRUDOCT TO THEIR EMPLOYEES. YES THERE IS SOME PERSONNEL THAT MIGHT WANNA IMPLY PERSONAL ISSUES INSUDE THE RESTAURANT.....YES THE CUSTOMER IS THE ONE WHO PAYS AND COMMANDS.....THEIR DINNER AND THEIR $$$ . I STILL STRONGLY RECOMMEND.
Attempted to do the blazing challenge with my team, we had built this up for a month and we had 15 people there plus drinks. Easily a $700 table. Manager couldn’t spare 5 minutes for my team, therefore my team is all in a agreement, we will not be returning!
Food is great, not a big sports fan but I do come here with my girls for the wings. Delish ?

They were supposed to be 20 and 20 wings, but it was 17 and 19 wings.But flavor was really good.
The only good thing I can honestly say about this place was the service. And no it's not because she was hot. She was a very nice person.so I ordered a Crawford Bach tall and the first drink I take was the worst taste I've ever had in a beer. I am Bach drinker that is my stuff right there. This was pure soap that didn't get rinsed out or something. On to the chips and salsa. The chips were definitely not made in house and the salsa tasted like they scaped the bottom of the jar and said it's not enough so the just added ketchup. Don't know if that's what happened but that's what it tasked like. The BBQ sandwich wasn't that bad just really cold. I don't think I'd ever go there after a long day at work again. And if I was y'all I'd avoid it also. Sorry Laredo but your going down hill. Worst 25 dollars I've ever spent.
