Been here twice and didn't leave a review my first time because I knew we would be back in town for business, so decided to give them another chance. I did recognize the same bartender (luis) as we sat at the bar area. It was the same as the last time....it felt as we bothered him to sit there and he did treat everyone the same! If you're a bartender I don't think your attitude should be this way. The fruit flies were everywhere and one did land in my drink. I did ask for another drink but I don't think I'll be back
Took forever to get served. Order a salad, they served it with my dinner plate. Food was plain. No flavor. ?my daughter ordered the same thing, grill chicken and shrimp. She didn't eat it. She said it didn't have flavor.
Service was incredibly slow ordered bottled beer because they were out of drafts by the time my beer arrived it was already warm 4 different servers waited on my table
I am here now and the server is terrible, she continues to look at here watch then us . Been waiting 3 mins for another tea . I too on great service and she will be getting nothing . Which is super sad for everyone else . My servers name is Karla , she needs to be retrained . Oh yea we won’t be back !!!!
Have fun if you want to have flies hovering all over you as you’re trying to drink and enjoy a quick bite, not to mention, place is infested with cockroaches too. Absolutely disgusting place with little to no maintenance (carpet is filthy, tables sticky) & poor management, tried to bring up concerns and have a conversation and less than one statement in, I’m already trying to get removed from the restaurant, as if I’m being “unruly,” I’ve never been in said situation, and anyone in management in the service industry needs to be able to confront problems head on and diffuse situations, not cower and attempt to remove a guest because you don’t have the tact or business etiquette to handle things proper, literally never coming here again. This place has terrible vibes. There are better spots in town for drinks and quick bites, and if you happen to love Applebee’s, there is absolutely 0 shame in that, there happens to be another one in town that’s cleaner, more welcoming and better organized.

I'll come back to it... To give true justice to the great service I received, and the highest quality steaks and ribs I purchased, I cannot do it justice while I'm in process of doing something else. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Well done, Applebee's.
Place is gross...Tables were sticky, floor was nasty, my cup had old coke syrup in the bottom and my plate and my utensils were stained with old food. If the dinning area is that dirty, I don't even want to imagine how nasty the kitchen is ???
Went to try the hot cheeto nuggets and the mountain dew drink and they were fresh and delicious. Customer service was great.
Good food and drinks and good music at first but at the end it got rancid.(tamborazo Mexican naco music yuck)
