Very poorly managed establishment. The manager Fabiola and one of her employees, a young man that was taking drive through order behave in a very patronizing manner torwards guests and other employees. Watching the way that one arrogant young man was treating some of the other employees there made me lose the taste for my food. The manager is not much of a role model either as she seems to act as if her guests are an inconvenience to her and that everyone besides herself is incompetent. Honestly, the food isn't worth the hassle. That is, unless, you enjoy watching people fail. Then, it's dinner and a show.
Was not a good stop. Our orders were wrong. I ordered the fish sandwich managed a few bites and threw it away. It was terrible. Hubby ordered a Whataburger and it was very dry. Asked for mayo and that took a few minutes. That went into the trash also. Food and service was just not good. Ended up eating later somewhere else. Waste of time and money.
What’s the point of ordering in advanced and paying 15 minutes ahead of they’re going to be late with your order anyway? I had my order set for pickup and 20 minutes past pickup time my order still isn’t ready. I have work, which is why I put my order in advance and paid in advance to have my order ready by a certain time and they still didn’t make my order until I got there. Not even sure they knew they had mobile orders. If I could give zero stars I would. If you want to be late to work this is the place to go. When I finally got my order it was missing items. What a great start in the morning!
This location doesn't do Curbside. Well - technically they do offer it but your better off walking in or going to the drive thru. Not busy yet took nearly 30min for two breakfast sandwiches to come out which by that time I decided I had enough and went inside to fetch them myself. Another Curbside customer had to do the same. Pathetic.

Is Favor delivery responsible for wilted lettuce? NO Is Favor delivery responsible for soggy bread? NO Is Favor delivery responsible for apple turnover pie filling cooked out of it, NO Is Favor delivery responsible for watered down Sprite? NO Is Favor delivery responsible for cold food? Maybe or maybe not. Stop playing the blame game and own up to your screw up. Someone owes me 30 bucks.
Nice and clean, friendly staff, order was correct, the only issue I had, was my food was cold or I would have given a 5 star rating.
I’ve been eating Whataburger my whole life, this has been by far the best Whataburger I’ve ever had. Very fresh and good quality. Keep up the good work guys!!
This location was fairly busy on a Sunday afternoon. It was around 1pm. Whataburger is definitely not as fast or efficient by comparison to Chick-fil-A but I will continue visiting because I love the burgers and fries, they're open on Sundays and the people do a fantastic job of trying to get the food out quickly despite being so busy. (Depending on the location/employees) they're not all created equally. However, Whataburger is just good business for Texas ☺️ we will always love it!
Skip this location. The customer service is horrible. drive thru waiting is typically 15 mins or more. You will spend half your lunch waiting in line and dinner won't be any better. Really sad.
