Everytime I come here there is always an issue. This particular time I ordered online so that I didnt have to wait. 15 min later I arrive at whataburger just to find out that it is closed and only the drive thru was open. Why is it closed at 10pm? So I had to wait in line for 15 more min behind 6 cars to get my food, which was luke warm with melted ice in my drink. Terrible location. I wont be coming back anymore
If you have a big order you'd think putting it in online would be the way to go. Unfortunately I've made a few online orders for curbside and it seems they don't start the order until you check-in. Twice I've had to wait 30 minutes for 10 orders when I arrived a few minutes after the pick up time. One time I was told they gave my order to the wrong person they had to remake it, and didn't make it back until our lunchtime was finished, talk about a hangry group of guys!Also check everything before you leave everytime at least an item or 2 was missing only thing they've gotten right everytime is the drinks.
So this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue ever here but the staff where horrible with the exception of the manager Tristan who was understanding. So basically we found hair in our food like not even a string like a ball of actual hair, in the fries, the bag, and the burger. Even my box of chicken strips had hair. Of course we called and informed which they offered to give us basically a free meal. We went back, get our food but in the process just was receiving glares from the staff and even literally dropped our bag of food on the table to make a point while making a nasty face at us. When we got home the food was fine but I noticed that it seemed they took time picking out the smallest chicken strips literally the size of my pinky just to be petty. Cannot believe I had this experience I use to love this whataburger but never again.
I visit this locations drive through when I am working the night shift, they are fast even when the line is long. Only draw back I think there computer auto resets after midnight so the staff is locked ? out of register for 15 minutes. Great food! Good job Whatta-burger.
Ordered a chicken bite meal with country gravy, they gave me BBQ sauce instead and ketchup packets so old the plastic won't peel off the top. I told the cashier that I was supposed to get gravy. She went to every table except mine and offered them gravy because she didn't remember who ordered it.
My husband and I had walked across from our hotel and it was about 9:15. The inside closes at 10 and the drive thru is 24 hours. So when we walked up and pulled the door it was locked. We didn't drive and we were starving. When we turned around to walk away we are greeted by the manager saying, " I'm fixin to go up in there and chew all their butts out! It is NOT 10 o'clock and those doors are supposed to be open!" We were so excited that the manager actually cared enough to make them reopen. Thanks Whataburger! Lol
This place is so good! it gets really busy so I feel bad for the short staff they have. I ordered the Patty Melt meal and the guy that took my order was so sweet! His name was Jose, he made sure my food came out in time even though the place was packed!!! My sister ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, I told him to make sure it was fresh and he warned me it’d be a 7 minute wait. It was worth the wait because the chicken was hot and juicy!!! The experience was great, service was awesome, and food AMAZING!!! 10/10.
Burgers were prepared correctly. Staff were very friendly. Only issue was the wait. I was in a 5 car line at the driver through, it was 45 minutes from the time I got in line until I received my food.
Visited drive thru during the 1am hour the food and service was fast and great. Got through the line and drive thru in less than 10 minutes. And got my SHAKE as well!!! Didn't not like price was to expensive... But didn't complain due to size of the Toquitos
Cheeseburger was terrible the meat patties were cold and couldn't melt the cheese...this particular restaurant is hit and miss sometimes. ..to many children running this establishment....not vood
