Ate here for the first time because I saw very good reviews so I had high hopes. However, it was a but disappointing. It took a long time for our food to be served and some of the food needed salt/ flavor. I ordered the catfish and shrimp with onion rings and the broccoli cheese rice. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak with fries and macaroni. We both loved the shrimp, macaroni, fries, and rice. The rest of the food needed salt. Also loved the complimentary cornbread bites. Overall it was decent but could have been better.
This is a very nice restaurant, very friendly staff and delicious hot great food. This was an awesome first time experience. We definitely will be regulars here.
Highly recommend! The chicken fried chicken was my husband’s favorite meal on our vacation! The service and live music were both fantastic too.
Simply excellent. Everything was delicious and did nothing but dance on my tongue. Impeccable execution, delicate, but powerful, flavors. It has set a high bar that not even other restaurants could clear. If you are looking for elevated cuisine you can't go wrong here.

3 stars because the seafood gumbo was good. The rest, was a disappointment for eating out. I can make a better chicken fettuccine and sirloin steak at home.For the past couple years I've wanted to stop, but the parking lot has always been packed, and no parking for a semi truck. But today I was early enough to get a parking spot.I honestly expected better.
I love this place! Great food that's always hot and flavorful. Honestly cooking. The decorations will keep you interested and full of wonder. Awesome place to eat!
Just cube steak with lots of gristle. Very disappointing. Baked potatoe was good. Ice tea was great. I would have given higher rating but it was all about the chicken fried steak.
Awesome country food with very generous portion sizes. Got the alligator bites and chicken fried venison, out of this world! Left stuffed and happy. Definitely will return!
