The food has been subpar at this location for some time. This time, the food was good. It was the service that was subpar. The person who seemed to be the shift supervisor was very rude right off the bat because their system didn't have my online order in it. I was able to show my online order on my phone and she filled it. I try to avoid this location, bit was in a hurry and it is the closest one to me. This experience will definitely give me great pause about going there again.
I don’t expect much when it comes to customer service at Popeyes. Today I got charged $2.50 for a water! Please explain to me how does this makes sense the cup is 5 cents!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS POPEYES! They have gotten my order wrong with MISSING FOOD 3 times in a row already. They have forgotten a side item and biscuits multiple of times for my orders.They are also extremely rude whenever they talk to you. They are unprofessional and they also have a hard time taking orders at the drive thru because most of the time, they won’t know you are there waiting for someone to speak with you.Please beware going here!
Steer clear of this location! Tell me why I ordered food 35 minutes after they opened and the chicken was stale. On top of that I found human hair at the bottom of my french fries. ?? First and last time ordering food from this location. My advice go to HARTZ chicken on Fairmont! It's a bit pricey,but they serve fresh food 90% of the time.
The worst food I’ve ever received. Fries are a dark color and completely soggy!!! Never been so disappointed
Still waiting on my order, it’s been 35 minutes. It’s a spicy chicken sandwich and 2 dark meat bone in pieces with a biscuit. I was given my husbands chicken tenders 30 minutes ago. I mean come on. I’m returning my husbands food. All the food is cold now. This is ridiculous. And only cash is accepted?? Which happens way too much for such a well known establishment. Seems fishy.And for your employee, with the broccoli haircut (it’s what it’s called) arguing with me that it hasn’t been 30 minutes. I’ll post a picture of when I placed my order. It’s 1:06 right now as I type this. Just got back in my car after I was told I can’t get a refund on online orders and no phone number for a manager or supervisor. Horrible customer service. Been waiting for 40 minutes on my order. After trading comments this is happening way too often. I hope this place gets investigated, why would Popeyes want their name on this?
I was order a #2 which comes with two pieces, I was paid $1.99 more cause I want two breasts in my order, they gave me one breast and one mini leg ?
I had a very simple order I had ordered the spicy chicken sandwiches and I waited in the Drive-Thru for about 5 minutes only receiving half of my order and then having to wait another 5 more minutes for the other half. When I asked if everything was there inside the bag that they handed me they said everything is dead without batting an eye. As I take off about halfway I wanted to nibble on the fries I had ordered with the sandwich and come to find out they are missing along with the sandwich. Drive back to let them know that they have missed part of my order and got that straightened out. Upon arrival at my house which took a total of almost 20 minutes when it's only a 3 minute drive my food is absolutely cold not even lukewarm. And they are stingy on the portions the chicken is not up to par to what it should be. This establishment needs a better owner operator and better staff. Don't go here unless you really don't care about not getting your entire order the first time.
I order 3 chicken strips and they was dry af. I returned to get my money back on my card. And the manager couldn't even do that. She gave me cash out of the register. (Help!!!!!) more training and cook to order. Would help this business ?♂️
