Worst chicken I've eaten, and the biscuits stay HARD like the have another recipe. Its supposed to New Orleans Style Chicken, Not Whatever they throw out to you. These mf'ers constantly give me regular chicken when I ask for spicy. And I always figure it out when i get home. I just saw some guy freak out in there about the same thing when I came back for THE SAME THING.
Took over 35 minutes to grab my to go order. Checked the bag was incomplete. Soda cup lids were used for sides. They spilled everywhere. Food at this location was bland,old, and dry. Will never visit this location again. Stick to KFC!
Went to Buy some chicken only to get Raw Chicken and by Luck ran into another angry customer complaining about the same thing What was very unpleasant was to see the manager tell the cashier to handle the situation like words cook food and have the façade of also saying Fresh chicken will take 20-30 minutes for order I guess Corporate needs to rearrange management at the place. I know one thing, they charge $4 for their chicken sandwiches and it used to be worth it. The last time I went over there I should have just drove on by. Chicken sandwich tasted old and rubbery. I wish I hadn't have gone. There were plenty of other things that I could have eaten and plenty of other things that I could have spent my money on. If I remember, I'll never go back to that Popeyes.
Sometimes your order is wrong. Sometimes they give you extra tenders. You never know but the service is mostly fast and friendly and the food tastes good.

Went inside to eat today, 01/05/22.Sales order said order placed was placed at 11:11AM.At 11:42am, I told the young lady at the counter to just keep it.It had been more than a half hour, I still have not gotten my order for two pieces of chicken, and really have to get back to work. Won't be back there !
Every time we come here there is a problem. Either they are out of an item, we have to wait an extra long time, or they mess up our order. Today they forgot out apple pies (4 of them) made us wait 7 min for our chicken sandwich’s which were super hot while our fries and strips are cold. Pretty sad I have to drive to the Popeyes near Deer Park to get decent service.
First time coming to this location and it's DISGUSTING!! I will stick to the La Porte Popeyes on Spencer Hwy. Their food is fresh and they always get the order right. Tonight at this disgusting location they gave us old dried 5 hr old chicken. I asked for spicy and got one spicy and one regular. I asked for 3 piece and they gave me 2 so apparently they can't count either. DO NOT COME HERE!! GO to the one on Spencer Hwy instead. You will be much happier there.
