First time went with the family to try it out. We got seated pretty quick but 15 minutes later the server showed up and asked us for our drinks then took 15 more minutes to bring them out. Food was ordered and the wait was long as well, 20 minutes after ordering our food was brought except my son's pizza. When they did bring the pizza the crust was hard you could tell it was overcooked. Server didn't come to check on us neither we got refills. Never going back and don't recommend it.
I've ate at pipeline afew times and the food is really good and love the environment.However the amount of times I've sat at the bar I've always had a long wait of 10-15min to be acknowledged ,asked what to drink and menu.Waited another 10min and nothing as she walked by, not a fan of waiting 25min to be serviced when I am already seated.
The food here is tasty, the service is difficult to judge.We came late in the evening and the teams were focused on closing duties over attention to the guests.I would give them another try during lunch or dinner prime times, and compare that to this experience.
On arrival we were seated immediately. Our waiter was attentive. We order the half order of chicken fried steak and 12 shrimp .The chicken fried steak was nothing to write home about. The shrimp next time I want shrimp I will go to Joe Lee's or the monument Inn. The main problem we had was they charged an up charge of $2.49 for mashed potatoes and $1.99 for fried okra , we found the fried okra was undercooked , we. Did not order loaded mashed potatoes but that was served covered in cream gravy. I meal that should have been $12.99, was $17.50 and another $2.00 to the shrimp dinner. If a restaurant is going to have up charge like this they should have the waiter inform you first. We will not go back. Food was a disappointment.
I had gone and ordered my meal to go probably partly my fault about 6 to 8 months ago and was all wrong as to what I wanted , so I called to complain and they offered to replace my meal next time I would go to eat there . My mistake is not writing down the managers name and believing them that they would put my name in a red book with meal The Monster catch so that I could get free meal replacement. Well I went today and asked for my meal and of course they come out and say sorry we can’t find your name in the red book so you know who the manager you talked to was? Needless to say I did not remember or write his name down and all they offered was a free dessert. Will never patronize this place again because you can not trust that they will actually do what they promise.
Their burgers & pizza is delicious. Their happy hours is the best around. Yes I use to manage there but I really think the place is finally running smoothly. Good luck guys!

Food was very good. I had the 1/2 order of Chicken Fried Chicken.It was huge and covered half of my plate. Thank goodness I didn't order the full size. The waiter said they usually covered the entire plate. Husband had the Chicken Fried Steak and he enjoyed his also. Good place to eat.
