Im usually not one to complain, but these people are just plain unprofessional. They are very rude, and hang up on you while trying to place an order. They need better staff and management.
Horrible I spent two hours calling and waiting and I just got a refund just now but my money still isn't back yet because it's still pending purchase don't order online it's just horrible
Best Papa John's in the country!! We always order Papa John's when we are on vacation and this one is the best ever. Quick and easy ordering, perfect execution, and speedy delivery. They delivered our food directly to our hotel room (no call from the lobby), In less than 30 minutes and the and everything was still too hot to eat. I applaud you for outstanding food and service.
Have been a long time, regular, customer. Outsourcing your call center to non American countries means Ill no longer be a customer.

Ordered delivery at 8:30 it is now 10:10 and still no pizza. Gave them a call just to be asked to wait then they hang up on me. I call back and they said it was an accident and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked “hey just wondering if my pie is out for delivery yet” and they said no but I can come pick it up if I wanted it now.I live sub 10 minutes from their location and ordered one medium cheese pizza.
We use this location around twice a month and we have always had a really great experience. The drivers are always friendly/respectful and the pizza is fresh and perfectly sealed in our boxes. They have honestly become a staple when we need a break from cooking!
Placed an order online and saw it would take over 90 min for delivery. I then tried to immediately call the store 5 times and could hear them pick up the phone and hang up. I proceeded to call another number who was able to transfer me to that store. I asked to cancel my order, they asked for the name on the order... and then hung up. No response or confirmation. I realize it was 45 minutes before closing but the service was pitiful. Now especially after reading the rest of these reviews, someone else will be getting my business in the future.***Update:Received "pizza"... Rang doorbell although I input notes "Please do not ring door bell." Got it inside and pizza was lackluster at best. 1/10 of pepperonis as normal and jalapenos sprinkled on top after baking... Dominos, you've got my business from now on.
Ordered carry out pizza and brought it home. Once I started eating I discovered several long black hairs in the pizza. Absolutely disgusting! The manager gave me a refund but the damage is done. I am never going to order from this place again.
